Product Description 4 piece stainless steel measuring cup set.
Amazon.com Review For baking or recipes that require more exact quantities of ingredients, this nested measuring cup set ensures uniform measurements. The set includes individual scoops in standard 1/4-, 1/3-, 1/2-, and 1-cup sizes. Each scoop is also labeled in metric measurements. Made of 18/8 stainless steel, the cups can measure dry ingredients, such as flour or sugar, or wet ingredients, such as milk or vinegar. The cups are also heat-safe so they can be washed in the dishwasher or used to remove boiling water out of a stockpot for a pasta dish. A ring threads through eyes at the end of each measuring cup to keep them from getting separated and misplaced around the kitchen. This Cuisinart kitchen tool set is covered by a five-year limited warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

not what you expect! March 5, 2005 czaday 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
As a person who wanted to get a long life out of some nice dry measures, I thought I'd buy the cuisinart metal set - after all, the company makes a lot of quality kitchen stuff. WRONG CHOICE!!! The first time I used these today (to gently scoop and measure flour for bread), the thin handle bent. If you had these for a long period of time, such bending would probably cause the handle to break clean off... A huge rip-off, you'd be better off buying a plastic set at a dollar store. I plan on returning them!!!
