Easy Storage November 1, 2008 Sharon Shurley (Tulsa OK) This is a nice little measuring cup set that is easy to store because the containers nest together. You do need to hold them when u fill them with flour or milk, etc. because they will tip over; they're kind of soft and flexible, but I don't mind that. They're also easy to find in your drawer, because they're colorful. AND they would make great toys for small children and babies to play with.
silicone measuring cups October 3, 2008 Clarice Feldman (washington DC) These are easy to handle and use. They are especially useful when you need to heat a small amount of something before adding it to the mixture--like chocolate or butter--because they are microwave and oven safe.
So-so, and very spillable August 8, 2008 Bluebonnet 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
These are not as great as I thought they would be. The colors are muddy-looking, not nice and bright as they are in the photo. The silicone does not seem to be of as high quality as other silicone products I have. Something about the texture and relative thinness just seems cheap, almost as if the silicone is a bit porous. (I haven't used it enough yet to figure out whether it holds odors, though.) Most significantly, the small base makes these cups VERY easy to tip over. I had hoped to use them when traveling, to do double duty in serving pudding, dipping sauces, etc., but they are just too tippable for that. I wish somebody would come out with a higher-quality set of stackable silicone measuring cups with more stable bases, classier colors and heavier-weight silicone, with a smooth (not pebbly) interior.
More Silicone July 26, 2008 J. Bellas (Las Cruces, NM United States) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
These bowls are what they are. They are made ok, but I really don't know why I bought them. I guess I prefer using the stainless ones.
Nice to have around March 23, 2008 Pooky 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
They are stackable, so they are super easy to store. I love the bright, fun colors, and they are also easy to clean. Some people say not to throw them in the dishwasher because they are small, but I pinch the smaller ones in my silverware caddy, and I've never had a problem. They come out clean and pop open to their normal shape. I found these are really useful when I make recipes involving 10 zillion ingredients, all in quite small amounts. Plus, it's just handy to have these things around.
