Made of flexible, high-grade silicone that meets or exceeds even Germany's stringent food safety regulations, the six-inch round scoop pops outward and stays open for draining a can of beans or saucepan of vegetables, then compresses after cleaning for storing in a drawer. Stain-resistant and more durable than regular silicone, the Chef'n silicone is heat-resistant to 650 degrees F, which means it easily withstands boiling water, while the nylon frame handles temperatures up to 400 degrees F.
