Amazon.com Review This powerful citrus juicer delivers an unlimited amount of juice directly into a container through an antidrip spout. If you need to interrupt the juice flow, the spout snaps into a locked position. Easy to clean, the juicer is made of hard, gleaming plastic and comes with a clear plastic dust cover to protect the juicing cone. Its black and brushed stainless steel design and sleek shape add a modern spin to any countertop. --Fred Brack

Who on earth designed this thing??? August 7, 2008 Mario F. Sangines I have to agree with other reviewers who question the sanity of whoever designed this thing. My main pros and cons are: Pros: Looks nice. Easy to clean. Cons: Unbelievably impractical spout, too short and hard to keep over the receiving container. Very unstable. The rubber feet at the bottom don't actually touch the surface and the unit wobbles on the plastic edge of the skirt. Cannot regulate the quantity of pulp in the juice. My old $10 Black and Decker could. I'm afraid the entire top assembly will break whenever I press too hard. I'm sure it will snap any day now. And finally... what's this big deal about the mechanism that changes direction to "maximize juice extraction"? They advertise it as if it was some incredible Cuisinart invention. My old B&D also did that! IN SHORT... do not buy this thing. Really. You're better off with a manual juicer or some other brand. These Cuisinart guys market too much on the aesthetics and (former) reputation and are making major mistakes with the design.
Very bad design August 4, 2008 Armen Yesayan I never write reviews, but I had to do this in order to warn other buyers not to buy this badly designed product. Don't waste you're time and money on this piece of junk.
So happy with this juicer! July 5, 2008 Val (Valencia, CA) This is my first juicer. I was so excited after using it the first time! I juiced 9 lemons in just a few minutes and got 2 cups of juice! I followed the instructions and it was so easy! The reverse juice function is ingenious and the Fast Spin function works well too. I will say the juicer did "dance" around a bit thus the reason for 4 stars instead of five. I used one hand on the base and one hand on the lemon. It worked beautifully! A fantastic value for the price.
Does the job June 22, 2008 E. Power (Garden Grove, CA USA) I got this juicer for my home grown citrus. I have tried it on my grapefruit, and it reams out the peel very well, and juices it completely. The only thing that I would warn you about is the auto reverse feature. Every time you shift your hand or ease up the pressure, the juicing will stop, and will resume in the opposite direction. This is good for juicing, but can cause your hand to slip, and the juicer to rotate away from you. This will cause the spout to move away from whatever you are having the juice pour into. Be prepared and have a good grip on both the fruit and the juicer to avoid this and the resulting splash on the counter.
A Great Disappointment May 8, 2008 Gilbert B. Dunkley (Washington, D.C., USA) This juicer is meant to perform a simple function. What could go wrong? Well, it fails at 50 percent of its task. Yes, it extracts all the juice from your orange, etc., but it fails utterly in its secondary function, that of extracting the large proportion of juice that remains trapped in the pulp within the strainer. The high-speed centrifuge spin that is meant to extract that significant amount of trapped juice from the pulp fails utterly and completely. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
