| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description This little powerhouse is up for any job, no matter how tough, as long as you don't need large quantities of food processed quickly. When might an appliance such as this prove indispensable? How about for chopping lots of onions, nuts or cheese? Perhaps for making a decadent buttercream frosting, guacamole, salsa or spinach dip? KitchenAid's insistence on fine performance is backed by their total replacement warranty.

Saves time and counter space! October 11, 2008 J. Arena (Williamsburg, VA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The KitchenAid Chef Series Food Chopper is one of the best gifts I've ever recieved! I consider it the gift that keeps on giving, because it has added tons of free time to my day when I'm preparing soups, sauces, or any other recipes that require tons of preparation time. I love to prepare some foods in large portions, and make my own "TV dinners" for when I'm feeling lazy but still want to put a home-made meal on the table. For all the work that this applicance does, it also takes up comparitively small counter space. I use it so often, that I am reluctant to pack it away, so the compact size is an added bonus. This is one of the best little appliace that I've ever owned, and always recommend it to friends and family. It makes a great gift!
Short - Too High? October 5, 2008 Tedd Stockham The MAJOR problem with this processor is the fact that the blade (that does all the work) is completely useless, as it "spins" nearly a full inch above the bottom of the cup! Small batches cannot be blended.
Excellent! October 4, 2008 Sherrie (Colorado) Chops perfectly every time. Holds a lot more than the small Black & Decker that I had been using. Looks nice on the kitchen counter.
Love it September 30, 2008 M. Zhi 1 out of 1 found this review helpful

Great Little Chopper September 29, 2008 Sam (KY) KitchenAid KFC3100OB Chef Series 3- Cup Food Chopper, Onyx Black I had used this product for nuts, apples, onion, peppers ect and was very pleased. I did not want to get the large food processor out, so decided to try the little one for 5 gallon of tomatoes. WOW Very good, fast and easy to clean. For salads, I think the veggies chop to small, just my opinion. I would buy this again and recommend it to others.
