Polka dots etched into these 16-ounce double Old Fashioned glasses not only add a whimsical touch but provide a textured grip for holding that favorite cocktail. I bought these glasses to finish out my set: I have this pattern in the wine glasses, highballs, and now the double old-fashioned. They have a nice heft without being too heavy; they are comfy to hold, and I will admit that I put them *carefully* into the dishwasher. They also do not get as slippery as some other glasses, and I think that this is do do with the dots being a sort of textured finish. I really love these glasses, and I am sad that Waterford does not make them anymore. Get 'em while you can!

They are gorgeous, but really tough, too.
