Product Description This reusable non-adherent silicone pastry mat turns your countertop into a non-stick workstation. Made for kneading or rolling out dough with ease, place the Roul'Pat on your countertop and use when preparing bread, pizza, pie, or cookie dough. Also excellent for rolling gumpaste and fondant, sugarwork, and chocolate. The mat is coated with silicone on both sides, providing a non-stick rolling surface on top and a bottom surface which prevents the mat from moving on the counterop. The pastry mat is heat-resistant, pliable, flexible, and wipes clean. Made in France of woven glass fabric impregnated with food grade silicones. Kosher certified, pareve (Metropolitan Kashruth Council of Michigan). To use, place the Roul'Pat pastry mat on a flat surface with the smooth side facing up Roul'Pat logo up). To clean, wipe with a damp sponge after each use to remove crumbs or particles. If washing is required, lay the mat in the sink and run warm water over the surface. Use a mild soap or detergent with a soft sponge to clean the surface. Do not use any scrapers or hard brushes. Shake off excess water and hang or lay flat on surface to dry. Store on a flat tray, hang with a clothes pin, or roll; do not fold. Never cut or use sharp objects on the surface.

A Necessary Kitchen Tool September 13, 2008 Miss Peabody (Oregon, USA) If you bake even semi-regularly, this pastry mat is a must-have!! Flouring my counter (and then cleaning up the resultant mess) is a chore of the past. You can use this for any kind of rolling out - cookies, pizza crusts, breads, rolls, anything! It works perfectly and is really easy to clean.
Baking Heaven May 27, 2008 Bruce I. Silverman Since we have purchased and used the cooking oven mats we knew this product would be just as good. My wife used to use a plastic mat that had to be anchored on all four corners. This new mat was a pleasure to use. Would recommend this to all bakers who want to make life a little bit easier.

After receiving this product, I used it immediately with some yeast dough, then with some pie crust, and finally with some cookie dough. It worked beautifully. The product is large, so be sure you have enough space on which to lay it. It doesn't slip and clean up is a breeze. I would highly recommend the Roul'Pat.
Fantastic mat August 4, 2007 J. Sheen I love this mat - i've used with making bread and it works perfectly, sticks to the counter and my bread doesn't stick to it.
