2 out of 5 stars Good for 3 months?   November 18, 2008

I like the watch at first. Temp. feature is miss leading and is only accurate if you remove the watch. Your own body heat effects the temperature reading (dah).

However, after 3 month the watch died. It felt like I was just renting the watch.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect watch for daily use   March 14, 2008

The watch comes with fully loaded functions varying from built-in thermometer to calculation of tidal & moon phase. It has stopwatch, timer, auto-light feature, DST settings, world time, alarm, drop sensor, water resistant (10 bars), green electro-luminescence, metal strap and digital/analog feature and lots of others.

1 out of 5 stars Don't buy this watch.. if you want something that will last.   September 28, 2007

I bought this watch for my husband less than 6 months ago as a gift. Initially we were both thrilled with all the cool features and the very cool look of the watch. When it came down to wearing it, it doesn't stand up. The face scratched the first day and after several weeks he was worried about scratching it up and stopped wearing it. His work is not a rough job, he's a pilot. A week ago, the plastic piece they hide between the metal front and the back of the case broke, mind you he was just sitting at home on the couch, and CASIO refuses to warranty it because he lost the receipt. This watch is crap, unless you only plan to wear it once. Don't waste your money.

4 out of 5 stars good, but...   September 13, 2007

Everything works well. My only problem is the thermometer temp raises from 10-20 degrees while wearing the watch and needs to be off the body for 20 minutes before it reaches the true temp. If you don't want to wait 20 mintues to know what the temperature is you can readcallibrate the temp of the watch by 10-20 degrees. Problem is, which one?

4 out of 5 stars Great watch - bad service   May 9, 2007

The watch arrived promptly and I quickly set it up with only minor help from the manual. As with most Casio watches, this one is well-built, easy to use, and easy to read.
The problem started when I wanted to set one feature in particular: the "Lunitdal Interval". On the last page of the manual it listed about two dozen locations around the world with their respective latitudes and lunitidal intervals, but for some strange reason New York City is not listed. When I called Casio, they could not explain it, and they didn't have the information for me. I was forced to search the internet for the information, which was not easy to find!
