This watch incorporates the Timex Flix system, which activates the Indiglo night-light with a simple flick of your wrist. To activate FLIX, put the watch into Night-Mode by pressing and holding the Indiglo night-light button 3 seconds until it beeps. With the watch in Night-Mode, a forward "flick" of the wrist with a sharp "stop" will activate the Indiglo night-light for three seconds. The Indiglo night-light uniformly lights the surface of the watch dial using patented blue electroluminescent lighting technology. It uses less battery power than most other watch illumination systems, enabling your watch battery to last longer.

I received a snazzy digital watch with orange highlights. The piece is a little off-beat - given the color - and consruction is thin and light, from the bezel to the nylon band, but its not flimsy. This is not a shoddily built piece. You forget the thing is wrapped to your wrist. The strap has a single velcro strip and a smart smaller band for additional hold, if needed. When the velcro begins to wear, just slide the smaller band down. The read-out presents a strong contrast with large, clean alpha-numerics. The mineral crystal backdrop is gorgeous - a very sweet touch. You have standard features, durability, water resistance to 100 meters, and a number of quality details that make this a winner at its price point.

This watch is awesome and very easy to use. I recommend it for someone who loves to time themselves on running, biking, or swimming. I bought the mens watch so I could easily see the numbers while running or biking. I have very skinny wrists and it fits me just fine.
