Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Master essential wrestling techniques with instruction from one of the sports all-time greatest athletes and coaches! The Dan Gable Wrestling Essentials video series is your own personal clinic, as Gable himself goes into detail on every fundamental technique that wrestlers must perfect in the three primary positions-standing, on top, and on bottom-to become champions. Each tape is loaded with live action demonstrations of skills and drills performed by world-class wrestlers. Gables teaching may be most valuable in the Bottom Position video, which features the position where a wrestler faces the greatest challenges. From base building to clearing arms and legs, the bottom can be the most difficult position to learn. But Gable shows how incorporating hip-heists, stand-ups, sit-outs, switches, high leg-overs, and whizzers can make any wrestler not only successful in defense but an offensive threat from this position as well.

Dan Gable simply ceases to amaze me. This video was very intricate, precise, and showed just what my child needed to suceed in wrestling. Now, i have also purchased the other two videos in the Dan Gable collection.
