Nice Glasses but the rim will chip.....September 30, 2008 A.J. Moore(Laguna Beach, CA) We got these glasses as a gift for our wedding. We went through the first 8 in 2 years (most chipped around the rim of the glass). While I am not overly crazy about these, my husband loves them for his Margaritas so I got another set to replace the broken ones. They seem very heavy and durable when you pick them up, I would not think they would chip easily. Perhaps we were putting more wear and tear than the average household, we love our margaritas! I will also add we no longer put ours in the dishwasher (the webpage doesnt call out if you should or not) in the hopes that these will last longer.
