I had one of these before and love it. Two velcro strips on bottom instead of that thin drawstring all the way around that is difficult to tighten and rips after a while. Well-padded and fits perfectly. Lasts a super long time. Well worth the money. Only con is that it cannot be washed in machine because attached padding is encased in a satin-like fabric, but otherwise..Great!

The old ironing board pad was getting fairly nasty so I decided for a serious upgrade and bought this pad. It is really a nice pad, plus, for some reason Amazon sent me two of 'em, now I have a spare!

I bought the Sunbeam perfect fit pad because it had received such a good review on Amazon but after using it for some time now, I must say that it's one big drawback is that it gets sopping wet along both edges of the ironing board when ironing for any length of time with steam. As I almost always use steam, this is a problem as it causes the item being ironed to get a wet line from these edges. I would strongly recommend against buying this pad if you use steam.

I needed a new ironing board cover, but because I try to avoid buying things that need ironing, I only wanted to find one that was functional without spending a mint. I chose the Sunbeam cover based on the high rating and prior reviews and now that I have mine, I can confirm that it fits great and the thickness of the pad really does make ironing easier. I initially looked locally for covers, but they were more expensive and low quality, so I'm very pleased with this cover. It even has a nice looking geometric pattern, which I wasn't expecting.
