This brush is made to clean these bottles... September 5, 2008 Elle (NYC) This brush is perfect. If you wash your bottle regularly (at least every 48 hours) then this is all you need. There are plenty of bristles, it has a curved handle to feel more comfortable and to get in the crevices. Well worth the $12.
Great for ALL bottles, but don't get ripped off. July 28, 2008 LetsGoMets (New York, New York United States) 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
First off, this is a great bottle brush. Period. I don't even own a Sigg, preferring insulated water bottles. But I saw this brush when researching water bottles and it looked like something I have been looking for for a long time. The problem with most bottle brushes is that 1) the brush is too wide or 2)the bristles at the end are too sparse or soft or 3) the metal or plastic material to which the bristles are attached extends so far down to the end of the brush that when you exert pressure while attempting to clean you are merely scraping the bottom of the bottle with the hard plastic or metal to which the bristles are attached. Bottle brushes are generally poorly designed. This Sigg brush, however, has nice firm bristles, is not too wide so it will fit most (though not all) bottles, and is thoughtfully designed so that the foundation holding the bristles does not interfere with the cleaning. Second, and this is the reason I'm writing the review ... is that the prices some people are asking for this brush right now (nearly $40) is nothing short of highway robbery. All Sigg products, including this brush, are in short supply now due to the recent health concerns over plastics. So some feel they can get away charging 3 or 4 times the normal retail price. This is unethical, in my opinion. I bought mine online only a week ago and paid just $9.99 + 5.95 shipping and handling from Kittery Trading. $9.99 is the NORMAL retail price on this. Kittery Trading, which is great and shipped super fast, is now sold out on this, but if you do a google search (keywords: sigg brush), you can still find someone selling it for retail or close to it. I just did & found someone selling it for the normal retail price by page 3 of the results. So do your homework, folks. Don't get ripped off!
SIGG Cleaning Brush July 27, 2008 K. MACKENZIE (Denver, CO USA) Sigg Cleaning Brush Set for Sigg Water Bottles This works great for any size Sigg bottle. It is worth the investment, especially if you are switching from bottles with bpa to bpa-free bottles. Excellent product, as all SIGG products are.

Are you seriously reading a review for a brush. Better yet, am I seriously writing one?

This brush obviously works well to clean the sigg bottles. What I don't understand is why sigg does not recommend using stiff brushes to clean their bottles when thats all this seems to be. Apparently other stiff brushes harm the interior, but theirs does not.
