With clean lines and a chrome center post, this three-tier tray coordinates with any casual dinnerware for serving hors d'oeuvres or fruit in style or becoming a base for creating a dramatic centerpiece. The post's three sections hold the tray together and unscrew easily so the tray can be stored compactly. The durable pressed-glass platters measure 8, 10, and 13 inches in diameter, and the entire assembly stands 13 inches high (including the center post). The platters are dishwasher-safe, but hand washing is recommended for the center post. --Fred Brack

I am glad I bought this. The tiered design saves counterspace for parties and dresses up the simplest of appetizers or sweets. The rest of the time I use it instead of a fruit bowl. It is attractive, but not dainty or fancy. Easy to assemble, though a little tinkering may be needed to get it to align straight.
