Lavish, feminine, and unabashedly nostalgic, this 3-tier stand from Royal Albert provides a lovely presentation when serving cookies, chocolates or other small treats. It features wild bouquets and scattered blooms in shades of pink, fuchsia and yellow. Each tier is embellished with the same pattern, outlined in 22-carat gold. Fluted gold rods separate the tiers, and the top tier has a looped handle for portability. The vintage pattern and gold detail give the cake stand the look of a cherished family heirloom. Feminine and graceful, the pattern is painted on a base of fine bone china, which gives this stand its exceptional translucency and luster. Called Old Country Roses, the pattern was created by Harold Holdcroft in 1962, and has since become one of the most popular china patterns in the world. Royal Albert creates plates, cups, a coffeepot and more in the Old Country Roses pattern, making it easy to bring the romance of the English countryside into your home. Everything required to assemble the stand comes in the box, and it can be assembled in less than five minutes. Royal Albert recommends hand washing for fine bone china.
