I ordered the Dansk Hanna wine glasses because I was rapidly using up the thin-stemmed kind that break all too easily. These have a thick base for balance, a nicely designed but heavy-duty stem, and a moderately thin, cleanly-cut drinking edge. They also have a nice ring to them. After the first order, I bought some more and I have yet to break one. Even UPS couldn't do it.
