Perfect gravy boat stand! August 26, 2008

This piece is also sold by Villeroy & Boch as a gravy boat stand for the tipo white gravy boat. I've never used it for anything else. It is small at only 8 1/2" from end to end. I'm not sure where they get the 9" measurement given in the description. When we eat formally enough for a relish dish, this would not be large enough. I do love the Tipo White design. It's great for both formal and informal settings.
Understated and elegant set August 22, 2008

I added this dish to my set of Tipo White dishes. I just love all the pieces in this set. We've had other pieces for about seven years and they still look new. Even with two small children and constant use, we've only ever broken one piece. This little dish is a useful size for small side dishes and snacks.
