She graduated from Edinburgh College of Art with honours and during the last 20 years has worked with Graphique for France, Neiman Marcus and Harvey Nichols. I LOVE my Clare Mackie mugs April 28, 2008

I have three of these "sentiment mugs" because they're so wildly cute. The quality of the materials is good, the drawings are fantastic, and the cups feels good in the hand. It's not too difficult to overlook the goofy words on all of them either, once you get used to it. Funny how it says, "You're the best!" and you bought it for yourself...but it's worth it in the end just to see such cuteness each day on your desk. I think this one and Best Friend have the best looking characters. The other side of this cup has the same little black and white dog jumping in the air looking giddy. It also has a darling star painted inside, and floral decoration down the handle.
