Product Description This spatula is flexible and thin, making delicate turning foolproof. Flexible stainless steel with a black poly handle.
Amazon.com Review This is a durable, commercial-grade tool, made of high-carbon stainless steel that runs right through the handle. The flexible 3-by-6-1/4-inch head features wide slots to drain off liquids as it handles vegetables, scrambled eggs, and other foods. Three nickel-silver rivets secure the durable synthetic handle. The turner is 11 inches long overall, is dishwasher-safe, and carries a lifetime warranty against defects. --Fred Brack

Chef's Slotted Turner July 31, 2008 Cali (Idaho) I've had and used this slotted turnerLamsonSharp 3" x 6" Chef s Slotted Turner, right-hand for several weeks. Both my husband and I prefer this turner over our others because of its flexibility in getting under foods such as thin pancakes cooked in a skillet and burgers on the grill.
Start to a collection May 27, 2008 Brian Hayes (Boston, MA USA) LamsonSharp 3" x 6" Chef s Slotted Turner, right-hand I have found a tool that will begin my collection. I recycled all the inferior tools I had, and started this great assortment from Lamson. I also found out all the Lamson tools are made in the USA. That is GREAT! They have a host of tools with many uses, all the same 3-rivet design. I'm in a buying mood. Cheers Brian

I use this item with my metal pans and when bar-b-queing. You can't use it in your non-stick pans, however, one draw back. Otherwise it is sturdy and feels comfortable in the hand.

I am a Professional Chef and this is not the first L/S fish spatula I have owned. The full tang handle and flexability make indespensable to me. The most delecate items can be plated with this spatula. I have even used it for poached eggs. My 2 hands are never empty with this spatula and my favorite pair of tongs! This is a top quality professional spatula.
almost perfect ... February 24, 2007 K. Zavarin (San Francisco, CA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
this is a great tool for turning just about anything; the company even makes a "leftie" version, with the spatula front angled in the opposite direction. however, an earlier reviewer reported using it on a nonstick pan without any problems. my teflon-challenged husband used it on my favorite nonstick skillet and turned it into a scratched up, unsalvageable mess. also, i left the handle leaning on the side of a hot skillet for around a minute, and the handle now has a dent in it. otherwise, i am very happy with it.
