Product Description So what should you be looking for in a pizza wheel? A sturdy, comfortable handle and a sharp blade that won't corrode. Oh, and wouldn't it be nice if you could hang it for storage, and throw it in the dishwasher to get rid of all that gooey cheese? Well, here you go, all in a stylish package.
Amazon.com Review With a thick stainless-steel blade beveled to a sharp edge, this sturdy wheel-type cutter rolls through pizza, fudge, lasagna, and other foods, dividing them into neat serving portions. The cutter has a finger guard and a stylish, black enamel-like handle. It's made of 18/8 stainless steel polished to a mirror finish and is dishwasher-safe. The wheel is 4 inches in diameter for quick work; overall, the cutter is 9 inches long. (KitchenAid also makes a smaller version of the cutter, with a 3-inch-diameter wheel. This larger wheel cuts a bit quicker, but the smaller wheel is easier for small-handed cooks and children.) KitchenAid says the first year of the cutter's lifetime warranty against defects is "hassle-free," with a replacement shipped at no cost and without question if a defect is detected. --Fred Brack

Built to last October 15, 2008 Borat (NJ USA) My last pizza wheel broke after about 5 years so I bought this on as a replacement. I really like KitchenAid as a brand but over the past few years the quality has declined - particularly in non-motorized kitchen utensils. Well that's not the case with the pizza wheel. It's built to last and is worth every penny. Too bad I can't say that about their thermometers which are cheaply made and inaccurate. I don't like the newer stand mixers either since they are very noisy compared to my older models. Hey, that's in my other reviews. BTW: I despise anything made by Cuisinart -- it's overpriced junk.
I Love Pizza August 27, 2008 L. Cole (WA United States) I didn't know that a good pizza wheel existed. I would order pizza just because it would come pre-cut. Just kidding. This item works great.
REALLY NICE PIZZA CUTTER!! August 25, 2008 C. Barnes (Carriere, MS) This pizza cutter does the job!! It's comfortable in your hand, heavy enough that you don't have to use allot of extra pressure, it rolls easily across the pizza and has the shield to protect you from getting cut when you are scrounging around in the drawer where you keep it! I have no complaints with this cutter!!
They are right on target July 22, 2008 John N. Schear (Roanoke, Virginia United States) If you happen to be reading this review and it is at the beginning of the list just don't waste your reading time. Just go to the site and buy one of these. It will save you a lot of time unless you just enjoy reading all those good things reviewers have to say about this tool. I cannot believe that for years we used a little cheap wheel and managed to cut through pizza finally. This device will eliiminate many back and forths and reduce the incidence of cold pizzas because it took so long to cut that crusty devil. The feel of the handle along with the finger protector help make this at the top. Any suggestion of it being too expensive would be considered pound foolish. It is worth the slightly extra cost especially with the no-hassle return. You probably will never need the return policy.
The best pizza cutter ever made. July 15, 2008 Chika Tierney (Nagasaki, Japan) I am a professional in the pizza business, and can say with complete conviction that this is by far the best pizza cutter I have ever used. The handle is heavy, and the wheel is thick. It will stand up to the most punishing pizza kitchen use of any place. From the busiest 1,000 pizzas an hour Domino's store to the laid back grilled pizza shop, this cutter is for you. The balance is perfect, and the thick grip fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. This tool literally cuts a pizza all by itself. If you are serious about pizza, then this is the cutter for you.
