Non Stick Shabbos Kugel Pan June 1, 2008 S.B.G. (Brooklyn NY) This pan is Great for Shabbos Lokshin Kugel . It has a great non stick surface and a wonderful heavy aluminum clad bottom to heat evenly I give it 5 stars P.S. it does fry chicken shnitzel greatly, as a home chef I recommend it
great February 9, 2008 William J. Cook This pan is a great value. I have used it over and over. No complaints.
excellent addition to the kitchen March 9, 2007 D Bee 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I purchased the smaller version of this skillet and was so impressed I bought the 12 inch pan. This is a heavy skillet, so like all good cookware, it takes a little time to come to temperature. Very even heating and easy clean up. For those times when a nonstick surface is desired, you can't find a better product.
not good for browning January 4, 2004 4 out of 10 found this review helpful
This pan takes forever to heat up. Everything else about the pan is fine, but if you want to saute something quickly, forget it. I find that feature very frustrating. Even pancakes wouldn't brown well and were doughy in the middle. I gave the pan away and bought a Cuisinart.
