Wow this ricer seems big, but I riced a whole pot of potatoes in about 3 minutes---left the skins on and quartered them. Put sliced side down and squeeze...done! Haven't tasted them yet, but talk about quick. You have to store it, but no more gummy potatoes for us.

I actually use this tool as a pomegrante juicer! It works exceptionally well. I didn't want to pay $175+ for an electric pomegrante juicer, so I opted for this one. It's perfect for the little pomegrante seeds. By the way, this is a really easy tool for making mashed potatoes. The stainless steel is easy to wash. You can also put it in the dishwasher.
