Customer Reviews:
Great Pan! August 31, 2008 J. Duncan (Attalla, AL USA) This is a wonderful pan/wok. It is large but not too big. Its non-stick surface works great. (I have a 14" titanium wok which is too big and not as non-stick as this pan.) It has the weight of quality cookware but not too heavy to be comfortable. The handles are very comfortable and sturdy. I have the Gourmet Essentials SS set (not non-stick)and love them also. This is a nice non-stick matching addition to the set. I caught this on sale at Amazon for only $19.99--a great buy!
I'm a wok lover anyway, but this one if lovely. May 19, 2008 Lynn Benson (Salt Lake City, UT) I have a kitchenaid set of pots and pans -- and this accessory wok fits in well with my others very well. And I LOVE cooking with a wok for everyday cooking versus a flat-bottom pan, especially with things like pastas. Anyway -- this wok is light enough. The soft grip handles are great. I don't need a helper handle, but I'm sure it's a selling feature elsewhere. It is an easy clean -- which is nothing special for non-stick surfaces... they're all very easy to clean. It's large enough to cook a decent sized meal -- just make sure you have enough clearance below your pot rack or in your cupboards.
