For more than just copper July 21, 2008 P. McNeil (Colorado) Great product and unlike previous reviewers, I don't need a copper cloth to polish afterwards. It works fine alone and I have never had problems with scratching. It will take off the discoloration that is often left behind on stainless pans after cooking and cleans my stainless steel sink beautifully. I also find this product to be very helpful in the shower to remove the scale from ceramic tiles and the glass door. It also cleans the residue, from water evaporation, out of vases.
Great cleaner but not all you need for like new polish March 26, 2008 Matthew Ranlett The cleaner works great, far better than the cheap grocery store cleaner I tried. However, I see from other reviews that you need a copper cleaning cloth to finish the polish and I have to agree that without some finishing step you end up with water marks and a slight patina. My biggest frustration is with the copper pots themselves - if I knew they were this much trouble to keep up, I'd have gotten stainless steel!
Very good product October 12, 2007 N. Pearce (Louisiana) The product works very well at cleaning copper pots. My copper pots hadn't been polished in about seven years, but Radiance cleaner took it off like magic. My only complaint is that you still needed a copper polishing cloth to finish it off, but it is still a great product.
Don't buy this copper cleaner October 7, 2007 S. MEYER (Traverse City, Michigan United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Don't waste your money on this copper cleaner. I purchased some for my new Calphalon Tri-ply Copper Cookware at $10 a jar, thinking it would be some kind of super-duper copper polish. The instructions say to rub in the direction of the brush or swirl marks on the copper . . . I did this and this product actually scratched my new copper cookware. I went to the Calphalon website and complained. They sent me a new jar of cleaner and it did the same thing, so I sent them both back. I have not heard one word from the company and it's been over a year. I have several pieces of copper cookware/bowls and I used Twinkle for years (when I lived in TX and CA) and now use Wright's Copper Cream . . . both of these products are far superior to Calphalon's product and cost two-thirds less. I think Calphalon's product is a total waste of money.
Best copper cleaner ever!! June 5, 2005 Luitgard M. K. Holzleg (Switzerland and United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I own several copper pots and pans and this cleaner is the easiest to use and with the best results. Simply follow directions and use in one direction when cleaning and wipe dry with a microfibre cloth ( I found this works best) and your pots look like new! More than worth its money.
