After 2 Honeywell safes -- intended to ge gifts -- were literally dropped on the porch destroyed w/shards of metal and concrete spilling out, Amazon apologized profusely. Contacted them 2-3x week while they promised to credit account. 1 month later, these safes are still being sold and shipped without protective packing. I paid shipping, it was not free. And am still waiting for credit to appear -- having to go the credit card route to dispute the charge that still appears on bill. The most unsatisfactory CRM experience i have ever had with any retailer!

safe delivered totally destroyed. All cracked, broken plastic everywhere and cement falling out of the sides. Don't buy this product from amazon. can't ship it without destroying it. No packing materials. In a box 90 lbs and no protection. Go to a local store.
It is almost impossible to resend to amazon.
avoid this type of purchase from any on line retailer
