Stylish and SturdySeptember 4, 2008 Friendly Advice I love this coat rack. Very easy to assemble, took less than 15 minutes. Base is heavy enough and the entire rack is nicely supported. We are using it on carpeted floor, but it is very stable even after putting 5+ clothes on the hooks. Highly recommended!
Good for what it isJuly 2, 2008 B H(Cary, NC) It's not unattractive, it's not too hard to put together, and the bottom is sufficiently heavy to make it sturdy enough to hold whatever you need it to. The pole is metal (which for some reason I didn't expect) and the screws for hanging the side pieces are kinda short. It works fine and I expect it will hold up as well; just wasn't enthralled with the aesthetics when I finished putting it together.
