I love this book! It has soo many yummy sounding recipes. I've only made 4 so far, but they have all turned out exceptional! I've tried the cranberry orange muffins, orange nut bread, raspberry sour cream cake and the blueberry muffins. They were all soo good, I didn't even share them with friends...ahemm :) I bake from this book without hesitation..I'll go so far as to say I'd even bake untested recipes for guests from this book. I am confident they'll all turn out good.
Fantastic little book December 5, 2007 Cookbook Gal When you open this book, you will want to make everything in it! Just about every recipe is accompanied by a photograph. The instructions are clear and concise, the recipes are clearly well-tested. Everything I have made has been a success, including the Blackberry Muffins, Apple coffee cake, goat cheese and tomato muffins, and macadamia coffee cake. A wonderful little book that the home cook will actually use.
