This was purchased for a elderly friend of mine who loves gardens and butterflies. It is very lovely and elegant and very lovely.

I purchased five of these to give as gifts, along with tea, shortbread, etc. Nice mug for ladies, graceful lines with scalloped top, different butterflies and flowers on either side. My left-handed friends were happy to have decoration on "the back". Big enough (4.25" tall) to hold as much as an average thick, clunky mug. While not the fragile bone china of yesteryear, still a pleasure from which to sip. My batch of five came (surprisingly) well-packed with each mug bubble-wrapped within separate smaller (Amazon) boxes, altogether in a large box.

Lenox charges $7.50 total for a replacement. This is not the pattern that was broken but since it is part of the 4 for 3 promo, it will have to do.
