Designed to evoke the charm of a French garden, the Fleurence pattern from Villeroy & Boch captures the relaxed contentment found in the French countryside. Clusters of fruit and cherry blossoms, laurel leaf rings in deep green, and bands of soft country yellow and pale celadon all combine to bring the airy garden feel inside. Subtle ridges, textured layers, and other sculptural elements add a touch of sophistication, enabling the collection to be used daily or for special occasions. A wonderful complement to the other tableware pieces in the French Garden line, this oversized pitcher provides ample room for any beverage. Measuring 7-1/4 inches wide, 9-1/4 inches high, and 10-1/4 inches from handle to spout, clusters of apples and cherry blossoms adorn each side of the pitcher, while the Latin translation for wild apples, Malus sylvestris, is written in fine script. Laurel leaves ring the mouth of the vessel, while a sharply defined spout enables easy pouring.
