Awesome.... November 19, 2008 Apichat Klychang (Chapel Hill, NC) The feel of this product is really solid. Might have trouble cleaning it because the blade is not removable like the more expensive models.
Deni Meat Tenderizer November 3, 2008 Gonzalo N. Yguico II (Las Vegas) GREAT Product! Don't know how I went through life without it for so long a definite MUST-HAVE if you are serious about cooking and grilling and want to achieve superb results in the shortest possible time and least amount of work
Deni Blade Meat Tenderizer October 31, 2008 Nancy E. Hicks (MA) This meat tenderizer is surprisingly sturdy it has a spring action and cuts through meat easily. I was impressed with the product for the money. It is easy to wash and the cover makes it dust free. I use it frequently and am very happy with it. If you don't have a cutting board like I didn't it is best to use one with this tool.
Deni MT48 48 Blade Meat Tenderizer September 16, 2008 Snipes (Candler, NC) The Deni MT48 48 Blade Meat Tenderizer is the best item I have ordered thus far. It will tenderize the toughest of meat. My only regret is I did not find this sooner.
Deni 48 tenderizer August 22, 2008 P. Johnson (Pengilly, MN USA) BUY IT! Price varies, $19.00 is a good entry point. Used it on a Sirloin bottom Ball cut, normally TOUGH. Pricked liberally, both sides, a 'lil Adolph tenderizer, 3 min. in a G.Foreman grill. Literally fell apart, tender, tasty. I like cubed steaks, but the Butcher version is always full of hidden tough gristle that clogs my teeth. With this wonderful tool, I can prepare a Kill-fur steak meal from a cut that I can trim and inspect. Clean up is no problem, but I store it in the 'fridge or freezer just in case residue will become a problem bacteria-wise. If it gets too gooped up, I'll hit it with my "scunci" steam cleaner. The steam cleaner is great for cleaning the non-submersible G.Foreman thing, incidentally.
