This is a very nice quality knife, great price, sharp, light, and beautiful. I love it!!! I bought a small set of five and a magnetic strip to show them off in my kitchen.

I have a large collection of knives, many from France, some have become an extension of me. I don't quite "feel" this one yet. Attractive, originally bought it to try for gift possibilities. The handle seems a tad small and light, blade heavier, it seems off balance to me. I need to work with it more. Price is right, quality is good.

I love this knife! It is well balanced, very sharp and beautiful on top of everything else. I would definatally buy another knife like this when I will need another chopping knife.
