This Ironing Board Cover & Pad One Piece Deluxe (53x18) in Natural by Whitney Design features form fitting one piece construction w/ 4mm fiber padding, tailored nose pocket & bungee cord binding to make it easy for you to install and fit. The one piece cover and pad ensures a matte-free and resilient ironing surface. Please review the dimensions before ordering. It was orignally designed for Whitney's Rollabout board which is not straight back on the sides. (This does not fit the Polder 1751 board).
Key Features: *Tailored Nose Pocket - The tailored nose pocket fits tightly around the nose of your board to provide an enhanced fit, at the nose, where most of your detailed ironing is done; *Bungee Cord Binding - The entire edge of the cover has bungee cord (heavy duty rolled elastic) binding which makes it a breeze for you to put on and gives you a nice tight, tensioned fit for smooth ironing.
This Specialty size Deluxe cover and pad is coated to be both stain and scorch resistant and has a water resistant pearlescent finish. It has a 3 year warranty and is cut to fit certain rounded 53 x 18 inch boards.

Well, at last I finally found a cover that almost fits my Costco Ironing board. It isn't generous from side to side, but it's the closest I've found.
