Product Description Scoop decorative balls of fruit for elegant fruit salads / Dishwasher-safe / Stainless Steel
Amazon.com Review Eight inches long, with a hole in one end of the bowl to let liquid flow out, this sturdy stainless-steel melon baller is great for cantaloupe, watermelon, even mashed potatoes. Essential for elegant fruit salads, a melon baller can help form a number of decorative foods: garnishes, shaped candies, or tiny scoops of ice cream for special desserts. There's a loop handle for convenient storage, and it's dishwasher-safe. --Mary Park

Excellent Product March 22, 2007 Susan M. Schuh The Stainless Steel Melon Baller works exactly as stated in ad. Very easy to use and would recommend it highly.
A great tool, only one tiny detail June 14, 2005 M. Rausseo (Planet Earth) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I feel the scoop is just a tad too big. I had another mellon baller, just as good as the KitchenAid, but the balls were smaller and just so cute. Still, it's a great tool and can help in so many ways, not just cantaloupe, but cheeses, cucumbers, and other fruits!
