For daily food preparation, this durable polypropelene cutting board has a medium-sized 8-by-10-inch cutting space and holds up to repeated use. The board is double-sided so you can slice meats and vegetables on separate surfaces to avoid contamination. Non-slip santoprene handles in a contrasting color prevent the board from slipping off the counter during slicing and also keep the board from sliding out of wet hands when transporting chopped ingredients from countertop to stove. The tough plastic cutting surface is preferable among germ-conscious chefs as it is dishwasher-safe and, therefore, easier to clean and sanitize. This is a great little cutting board that gets alot of use due to its small size. I use it for cutting up carrots, apples, etc. for my juicer. The cobalt blue edges match our countertop appliances, etc.

this cutting board is a great size for small chores. It never slips on my counter when I am using it and it does not seem to retain any stains from cutting on it. It is as white as ever! Very classy looking too.
