These two tools are among the most useful in the kitchen on a daily basis, especially for those who eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. The peeler is designed with a thick handle for good grip and control, and the extra-sharp blade swivels to evenly follow the contours of fruit. Made of cutlery-grade, high-carbon stainless steel, the peeler blade also slices cheese cleanly, and comes with a snap-on plastic protector. The same steel imparts the paring knife with a sharp, durable blade, which is acutely pointed for digging out imperfections in potatoes or apples. Strength is guaranteed with the full-tang, triple-riveted handle construction. Both items are dishwasher-safe, although washing by hand is recommended for fine cutlery. This knife was scratched when I received it, and not very sharp.
Although pretty, the handle is slick even when dry. The very needle like point of the knife is really nice though. I have not used the peeler as of yet, but it is a bit heavy.

I bought this article... The paring knife and the peeler are good to cut for its good sharp. Additionally, they are view nice and has a good price.
