Product Description KitchenAid 5-Ply 18/10 Stainless Steel Clad Cookware combines the highest quality materials to deliver an exquisite line of stainless steel cookware that performs beautifully. The line combines gorgeous, highly polished stainless steel with the superior heat conductivity of an aluminum core. KitchenAid 5-Ply uses 18/10 stainless steel on both the exterior and interior. Heat-resistant, silicone handles provide a cool, confident grip. The cookware is oven safe. Handwash with mild dish soap. Please note this item is not recommended for Inductions stovetops.
Amazon.com Review The design of this pan, especially the handle, caught my attention right away. The slightly arched, stay-cool, ovenproof, cast-stainless-steel handle is so comfortable and easy to hold it will give you extra confidence in the kitchen. KitchenAid's nonstick skillet also has a five-ply metal body--an 18/10 stainless steel inside and out with a triple-layer aluminum core that ensures even heating. The full aluminum core heats up fairly quickly and maintains heat from the center to the edges. The pan's nonstick interior not only makes cleanup easier, but you can also sauté food using much less fat. The skillet is durable and oven-safe to 500 degrees. The stainless-steel finish gleams even after lots of use and a few turns in the dishwasher. --Jane DePaolo
