Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Pasta will slip right out, as will other foods you drain in this oversized colander. The base lets you set it in the sink, and the handles afford a secure grip.

Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars The only Colander you will have to buy.   July 8, 2007
Great Cook (Santa Monica, California)
This is the best colander I have ever bought..
Nothing sticks to it, and it drains fine.

This is a large colander, for Pasta , potatoes etc.
I have used it for 2 lbs. of pasta, it held all of it and drained well.
I wash off my pasta with HOT water to get all the yucky starch off it.

If I do not wash it out right away, nothing will stick to this.
It washes up very easy with a sponge and dish soap.
I would not put this into the dishwasher.

I bought this on sale at Macy's for about $13.00 or $15.00.a couple of years ago, for that price I bought two and gave one to my kids...
I have seen cheap stainless Colander for the price that is here.
