I have used this device on a number of occasions and found that it preserves wine once opened very well. We have just bought another 6 sets as Christmas presents. I would recommend this to anybody who wants to save an opened bottle of wine for a few days. I have only used it on red wine so far.
MikeWJuly 23, 2008 A. Wentink(Irvine, CA USA) Great idea...BUT, the stopper worked perfectly the 1st time I used it and has not worked since. I intend to return both stoppers that came in the package and hopefully these will do the job.

When you have left over wine this is a great product to keep it fresh and ready for the next glass!
