door broke immediately and would not close with out pulling up on it and holding dwon the top of the hot oven. Now after 6 less than months won't shut all all. Waste of money.

Purchased our 1st Toaster Oven, ever. Our wall oven died and needed something to get us by until we get it replaced.
We purchased the 6291 model. It is great for doing our melted cheese and frittatas better than the wall oven ever did. Baked bagels in it also. Can't wait to do a steak.
Only complaint I have is the broiler pan is cheap. But we purchased a nice one, so the cost was closer to $80 instead of $65 which was the cost we paid for the oven. But well worth the price to us.
Actually thinking of not replacing the wall oven as the toaster oven and a roaster oven we already owned will be all we need. And save energy at the same time.

My opinion (NY)
Good for toasting or baking.It is quick and even. If you are carefull while handling it you will apreciate it. Otherwise if you drop the tray it will break etc. Also when buying this product make sure the door closes snug and properly.

THe Oster 6295 6 slice convection toaster oven does everything that we have asked it to do, and more. It browns and toasts evenly, heats quickly, and bakes well for such a small package. We use it for morning breakfasts or reheating bread in the evenings mainly so we have not challenged it for heavy baking or cooking pizzas. We are very pleased with it. It cleans well and the parts all move smoothly.
