Product Description Cooking food on a spinning spit dates all the way back to the discovery of fire. Nowadays, a small rotisserie oven on the kitchen counter will conveniently transform a chicken into a gloriously crispy, moist, and delicious family dinner in an hour (while you are busy doing other things, or even finding time to relax). But once you've rotisseried a couple of chickens, where do you go from there? Well, how about Boursin-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Moroccan-Style Leg of Lamb, Southwestern Pork Kabobs, Roasted Salmon with Mustard-Chive Butter, Pesto-Marinated Eggplant, or even Ginger-Roasted Pears with Brandy Sauce? The Ultimate Rotisserie Cookbook is the be-all and end-all book for the rotisserie oven, with 300 recipes for every possible way to use the machine, including both what you'd expect and lots of surprises, plus a slew of sauces, rubs, marinades, and side dishes.

Great recipes August 29, 2008 L. Johnston I just purchased the Ronco Showtime Rotisserie and this book it helpful. It gives good ideas as to what to cook.
Review Rotisserie Cookbook December 31, 2007 Alice Berd (Tolland CT) I purchased this cookbook for my daughter-in-law to go with the fancy rotisserie she wanted for Christmas. She was thrilled with the rotisserie and read over the Recipe Book and thought the recipes sounded excellent.
Great Cookbook! November 26, 2007 ecstatic in ohio (Great Lakes, OH) I have tried a lot of cookbooks, some were remarkable and others just helpful and others were not what I expected. I cook and smoke foods in-doors and out but never used a rotisserie. This book has easy to follow recipes that are big on favor. Worth the money!
Excellent Cookbook November 2, 2007 jgalt (Indianapolis, IN United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My husband received Ron Popeil's "Showtime" Compact Rotisserie for his birthday this past summer. We have always really like Rotisserie chicken, but I did not know much about cooking with a rotisserie. I saw this cookbook online and it received some good reviews and thought it would be worth it even if we got just a few good recipes out of it. Turns out everything has been wonderful. I have not encountered a bad one yet. Of course, we do a lot of chicken, but I also have made a couple legs of lamb and pork tenderloins in the rotisserie, as well, and used the recipes from this book. Everything has been delicious so far. This book comes highly recommended by me.
great variety July 2, 2006 C. Pedersen (Lake Mary, FL United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I checked out a bunch of rotisserie books at the library and this was the best one. It had the most variety of recipes for different meats, and the best sounding recipes. Thus, I actually bought myself a copy. I would give it a 5th star if it had photos..i love seeing photos of each recipe in cookbooks.
