5 out of 5 stars Great purchase   August 25, 2008

This is the first food processor I have ever purchased and did a lot of research before purchasing this item. It is wonderful, the machine is quiet and sturdy and does an excellent job. The attachments are great and I am so happy with this purchase. I specifically use this to puree vegetables to put in my kids food to make their meals healthier. Overall, five star rating, would highly recommend!

5 out of 5 stars Food Processor   August 13, 2008

This is my first large food processor, so I don't have a lot of experience to compare it to. I love this machine! It's easy to use, easy to clean and store, and very heavy duty and good quality. I went by the brand when making my decision and am not dissappointed!

4 out of 5 stars Great purchase!   June 18, 2008

Slices, dices, shreds with massive power. You should see what this baby can do to a block of mozzarella! I don't think making salsa will ever be the same (because it will be so easy!).

The unit is very heavy, so to get maximum use, be sure to clear some space on the counter.

My only complaint is that this model does not support the juice extractor that kitchen aid makes for other 9 cup models (only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars). Some sites suggest that their extractor will work on this model, but I emailed Kitchen Aid and they confirmed what others have said, you can't use their extractor on this particular 9-cup model. Boo.

Great product nonetheless!

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful   May 27, 2008

This KitchenAid is the best, large enough to get the job done in minutes. The mini bowl is also very handy I just love it and a couple of my friends are also getting one. They love the size especially if you bake you can triple the recipes. It's GREAT!

5 out of 5 stars Amazing machine, better than the other brand I had   May 3, 2008

Before I purchased the KitchenAid Food processor, I had the 3-cup Cusinart. The Cusinart's motor burned out after 1.5 years of use. I have to say the bowl on the KitchenAid feels way sturdier than the Cusinart. Everything on the KitchenAid feels of better quality. Another bonus...it is pretty quiet when it runs. I'm very happy with my purchase.
