Neither a good toaster nor a good ovenJune 1, 2008 R. Greenfield This multi-function device does none of it's tasks well. Toasting is extremely uneven and when used as an oven, it just burns the top of anything thicker than a piece of toast.

My main complaint about this toaster oven is the finish. The description said it is "brushed" stainless, and technically it is. But there are very few brush strokes and it has more of a chrome look. I purchased this one because I wanted it to match my newly renovated kitchen with stainless appliances. It looks better than the white one I had, but not what I had in mind. It works well, though I do miss the built in timer my other toaster oven had. Also, it doesn't have a broil function. Definitely a space saver having the regular toaster built in though.
