This is an excellent product. It cooks quietly, efficiently, and is digitally controlled. You have to set the time and temp., (deg. F or C) and then it stops when done. I think it's a great product! I wouldn't be without it. There are so many things you can cook in it. I use a small stainless steel saute pan where you can remove the handle so it fits inside the glass bowl. Put the food in the pan, then into the oven and away you go. It's not big enough to hold a large turkey, but it's big enough for just about everything else. I love it.

i've been using it almost daily since i got it. it works great and is easy to clean. i live in a small condo and used to not be able to cook many things at home because of the smell or the extreme heat produce by my oven. thanks to this oven, i have been able to even cook sausages without leaving the house smelling like them. as soon as i received it, i detected a plastic part from the base that was defective. i call them and the shipped me a replacement part immediately.
