We have owned this toaster oven for going on 5 years now. It is in near daily use and we have had no issues or problems with it. We just LOVE it! It is easy to use, compact on the counter, and looks great! Everything we cook in it comes out wonderfully. It heats up quickly and makes up for the times we need a 2nd oven.
