Product Description Looking for the performance and durability of a professional convection oven, in a size compatible with most kitchens? Well, here you have it! It holds up to three quarter size pans, has a high speed fan, 1500 watts of power and it features straightforward operation.
Amazon.com Review With this BroilKing professional quarter-size convection oven, you can bake everything from stuffed pasta to peanut butter cookies without having to wrangle the bulk of a full-size range. Not intended for users who seek detailed digital feedback, the 1500-watt oven is simple in the extreme, with a sturdy stainless-steel exterior and interior and straightforward dial mechanisms. Its steel bar handle and heavy glass door are both durable and designed to stay cool to the touch. Heat settings range from 175 to 500 degrees F, and a 120-minute timer lets you track your progress. Because it is a convection oven, the unit offers very even baking and is both quick and consistent. Great for cookies or brownies, its three shelves hold three quarter-size commercial sheet pans or half-size commercial steam table pans. Outfitted with a 3-prong commercial cord and protective non-skid feet, the oven is UL listed and comes with a 2-year warranty. BroilKing includes one 9-1/2-by-13-by-1 inch aluminum pan. --Emily Bedard

Cadco Oven Review September 2, 2008 Richard L. Kline (Street, MD) Oven was recieved in excellent condition from Amazon. Product is exactly as advertised and works well. Only real short-coming is the size of the oven (pretty big), and the fact that the oven get hots on top after approx 10 minutes. Bakes exactly as advertised and is worth the money. Not perfect, but Highly recommended.
Oven as Advertised - Great Customer Service August 4, 2008 Short Order (California) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Commercial grade quarter-size convection oven, made in Italy, heats and cooks fast. Double glass door stays cool, big fan is loud with door open, very much quieter with door closed. All stainless, easy to clean, runs on ordinary household grounded connector. Takes up about 19x19'' on the countertop (plus 6'' clearance at back). Missing a rack screw on delivery, I called the folks at Cadco, they were on it immediately, following up to make sure--Thanks again to Erin and Lisa!

WOW ***** this Cadco POV-25Convection is the best yet! This is easy to use and clean (Dawn dish soap and Dawn power dissolver for stubborn stains works well). It fits on the counter top with no problem and doesn't get the kitchen hot. We cooked a Perdue Oven Stuffer Roaster and my "Blueberry Teacake" at the same time. The chicken was moist, tender and crispy. The teacake was the best yet. We gobbled them up. This definitely is a ***** professional grade convection oven for our home. You'll be amazed at how each creation tasts sooo good. Great baking and eating for all to enjoy. Once you obtain this product you will definitely be a "Happy Chef" too!
Not Covered by 2 Year Warranty February 5, 2008 Richard A. Edwards (Forestville CA USA) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
No one told us we will be spending over $100 per year to maintain this oven. There is a gasket--a rubber strip running around the opening of the oven that seals hot air in when the door is closed--that has only a 90-day warranty & needs to be replaced shortly after that time at a cost of $35 plus shipping. Ours broke & began to fall off after 4 months. Surprising given the overall good construction of the oven. Customer service was not responsive to our e-mails.
The BEST yet. November 17, 2007 Jeffery L. Phillips 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
