I was very disappointed in the unit I got.
First of all, the timer didn't work. It would start ticking and then stop after a couple of minutes so the unit would not turn off. A real fire hazard!
When I assembled the handle, door and tray, the door left about a 1/2 inch gap in the top. I had to forceably bend the assembly to get the door to fit snuggly.
And the door handle does not fold away like other ovens I've seen. It really gets in the way on the counter.
The knobs are the cheapest plastic I've ever seen.
Overall, my impression is a cheaply made unit. I don't know how they can state this is commercial quality. It wouldn't last long.
Also, my unit had scratches in the stainless steel because the unit was not properly packaged from the factory. It looks like the crumb tray was not secure and the front cover rubbed against the front panel causing bad scratches. A real eye sore.
I ended up returning the unit. I will not buy Select Brands again.
