The square roaster moves seamlessly from the oven to the table with a durable construction and its sleek, modular style. The roaster features a nonporous porcelain construction that resists chips, scratches, stains, and odors for years of use. Embossed bands run horizontally around the roaster's sides, providing traction for the chef in transporting dishes in and out of the oven. The user-friendly roaster accommodates freezer, dishwasher, and microwave use, and sustains oven or broiler temperatures up to 482 degrees F.
