After ordering this, I noticed a lot of toaster ovens have just a single heating bar above and below. The elements in this oven are U shaped, which heats things more evenly, and 1300 watts is pretty hot. The top of the oven seems to stay cool, which is great. It doesn't take up much space.
Two racks come with it, a mesh one and a tray. The tray I used right away to toast pine nuts to fix my pesto jones. It was a lot faster than toasting in a frying pan, and for a pesto addict, speed is so essential ;)
Not so great: because the oven is so hot, it seems like the edges of the toast will start to burn before the center gets browned. I've only had this a week or two, so if I figure out how to get what I want, I'll update this review.
Wishes: an real temperature control (rather than upper/lower/warm/etc), and being able to adjust the height of the rack. These features are both hard to find in a toaster oven, though.

We use this toaster oven in my office and it does a great job
making toast, small frozen pizzas and other snacks. I was surprised to find you can actually toast 5 slices of bread at one time! Been using it for awhile now and no problems so far. Great buy

Our old toaster oven finally died after 12 years and we replaced it with this one. Overall we are pretty happy. Mainly use it for toast every monring and it is much quicker than the old one. It also does a good job on pizza, frozen burritos and chicken nuggets for the kids.
Controls are easy to understand. It doesn't take up a lot of space and it looks good on the counter. We are pleased.
