Very nice finish. Even heat and cooks beautiful krumkage in 30 seconds. The basic recipe in the book is easy to prepare and makes tasty cookies.

Unfortunately the baker was defective. I've contacted the company for a return authorization, and have returned the item. I'm still waiting for the refund, which I understand will take several weeks.
I was offered a replacement, which I declined, as I was able to find the same item in a retail store here in Madison.

I am disappointed with this baker. The batter did not stay in the circles,but ran together in the middle. Also the cookies were not round as they are supposed to be, but oval. I have an older Vitantonio baker that works much better.

We purchased our krumkaker to make desserts with our grandchildren. It was a smashing success! Kids could easily make the batter, roll the Kakes, and insert the whipped cream/fruit. Delicious!
