Amazon.com Review VillaWare extends their collection of user-friendly appliances with the 2001F Uno Farmyard Waffle Maker. This charming model prepares waffles in four farmyard shapes, featuring a barn, chicken, cow, and pig. The 3-1/2 inch waffles are expediently toasted in fewer than three minutes. With seven different temperature settings and two browning levels, this waffle maker accommodates a range of cooking preferences, while maintaining consistent waffle quality. The nonstick griddles maximize cleaning convenience and a handy chime alerts users of cooking completion. The sleek chrome exterior seamlessly blends into the décor of any kitchen. Easily stored, this waffle maker measures 11-1/2 by 7-3/4 by 3 inches and weighs 9 pounds. --Jessica Reuling
Product Description With the VillaWare farmyard waffle iron, you can serve a country-style breakfast complete with eggs sunny side up, Virginia ham and crunchy, golden waffles in the shapes of your favorite barnyard characters. This waffle maker makes four farmyard waffles - chicken, pig, cow and barn. It operates on 1200 watts and has seven settings for waffles that are light to dark in color. A tone alerts you when your waffles are ready. The farmyard waffle maker has a nonstick coating so there's no sticking - your waffles come right out. Other features include On, Off and Ready lights, a trough to catch any spills, extra-thick grids and a wrap-around cord.

Cute, but not efficient July 1, 2008 L. L. Kiminki (Great NW) This item was adorable and my daughter loved the idea, however, the iron's performace was weak. The shape turned out okay, but the top part of the iron doesn't cook the waffle completely no matter how many times you put the lid back down and the chirping sound it makes when it thinks the waffle is done gets annoying fast.
waffle iron June 22, 2008 Barbara Chambers (Sarasota, FL.) I bought this item to take to my workplace. I work in a memory unit and thought the residents would just LOVE it. I was right they do, we have our barnyard waffles at least two times a week! We have them with syrup and then sometimes we have them with ICECREAM which we highly suggest everyone do! I don't believe I've ever gotten so much pleasure out of any appliance.
This is a great product! June 14, 2008 Jennifer Gramatges (Philadelphia, PA) We just used this waffle iron for the first time today and we love it. Definitely consider this product if you expect great value for your money! My son is 11 months old and laughed hysterically at the different animal shapes. This is a kid pleaser :-)
Makes Waffles May 14, 2008 Tom Corwin The Farmyard aspect of this waffler was intended for my grandchildren. The main thing is that it works the way it's supposed to and there are settings for darkness and lightness that enable one to make waffles exactly as light or dark as desired. Lights that go on and audible beeps make using this waffler almost foolproof.
awsome product February 13, 2008 Kami Hayden 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
great and quick. This is a great product and my little girl loves the animals. It works the same on every waffle.
